Frequently asked questions
What happens if I exceed my limit?
A one-time spike costs nothing and your dashboard keeps working. Only if you exceed your band for two consecutive months will we move you — after notifying you first — one band up. We never charge per event.
What counts as an event?
The exact definition will be confirmed shortly. The proposal is pageviews. We will update this text once confirmed.
How are events counted across multiple websites?
At account level: all your websites combined. Three websites each with 30k pageviews/month totals 90k — that counts as one volume band.
How does annual billing work?
With annual billing you pay for 10 months instead of 12 — that's 2 months free. Payment is due upfront for the full year.
How does the trial work?
One month, one-time, with guided onboarding sessions to get you live. After the trial you choose whether to continue with Start, Organisation or Enterprise.
Is Netherlands hosting mandatory?
Yes. All govanalytics instances run on Dutch servers. There is no option for hosting outside the EU.
Is a data processing agreement available?
Yes. From Start onwards a signed DPA is included. Trial receives a draft. From Organisation we follow your DPA.
