- Is govanalytics GDPR-compliant?
- Yes. govanalytics is GDPR-compliant by design: no IP storage, no personal data, no cookies. DPIA template, data processing agreement and records of processing activities are included and updated quarterly.
- What is the difference between govanalytics and Google Analytics 4?
- GA4 processes personal data on American servers, which conflicts with the GDPR where no adequate safeguards are in place. govanalytics processes no personal data and hosts all data in the Netherlands. A cookie banner is not required with govanalytics; with GA4 it is required as long as personal data is being processed.
